Our Family Life Center

Current FLC Hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:30am - Noon

Our Family Life Center (FLC) was built for you and your family. As a church, we were thinking about you as we laid the foundation and constructed the frame. Our hope then and now is that you will come and use all that we have to strengthen yourself spiritually and physically. You’ll find we have so much to offer here at Parkway’s FLC.

Besides our beautiful basketball court, we have a weight room that features a free weight bench and a Precor Stack station. More fitness equipment lines the walking track, and seasonal programs offer something for every member of the family.

It’s easy to join Parkway’s Family Life Center. Just come by the FLC desk and register. The cost is a one-time fee of $10 per person, and you’ll receive a handy keytag that gives you access to all these benefits

Our FLC Offers:

Weight Room

We have a weight room with a free weight bench and a Precor Stack station. (We limit the use of the weight room to ages 14 and older.)

Game Room

Enjoy spending time with friends and family playing games or just hanging out!

Fitness Equipment

If you’re looking for a place to get in shape, look no further. You’ll find a wide variety of fitness equipment and a clean, friendly atmosphere where you can focus on your fitness goals.

Walking Track

Come walk indoors on a padded track that is gentle on the knees. Bring your own music via headphones, or enjoy the Christian music we play over our system. Workout stations are placed around the track.

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
