Prayer Ministry

24-HOUR PRAYER VIGIL

Pray Continually

Please plan to join in the 24-Hour Prayer vigil, beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday, August 25th, until 8:00 AM Saturday, August 26. We are seeking God for His direction for our Church, Community, Country, and World. Please sign up in the foyer and come to our church campus. (We will have special security for this vigil.) Pray in the Prayer Room or the church sanctuary during your hour. Prayer Guides will be available. Sign up now through August 20th!

HOUSE OF PRAYER

Parkway longs to be known as a “house of prayer.” We have a dedicated group of people on our prayer ministry team, and they offer several ongoing, as well as seasonal, opportunities for you to get involved. Prayer changes things!

Meets Wednesdays, 4 p.m., in the Prayer Room.

FASTING FIRST FRIDAYS
On the first Friday of each month, go without at least one meal (or more) or other pleasure as the Lord leads. Spend time praying for personal revival that permeates the church, community, our nation, and the world. It is a call to repentance and cleansing following Jesus’ example (Matt. 6:16-18). Find more information about fasting HERE.

PRAYER QUILT MINISTRY
Quilters pray over quilting as they work and pray to reach the lost who are critically ill.

PRAYER BAND
The Prayer Band is something new for Parkway. This group will be praying throughout the duration of our Sunday Morning Service. Learn more about the Prayer Band HERE.
